Shipping
Most in-stock items are shipped within 36 hours of receiving
an order via US Postal Service. Please allow at least two
weeks for delivery. Items that are not in stock or in high
demand may take up to 4 weeks. Express Delivery (3-5 business
days) is available in the contiguous U.S. for $5 extra. Alaska,
Hawaii and Puerto Rico 3-5 business days is $10 extra.
Exchanges & Returns
Please return any Baci d'Italia item with 40 days of the ship
date for return or exchange. After 40 days we will be happy
to issue merchandise credit. For exchanges there is no additional
shipping charge. On returned merchandise, shipping and handling
is nonrefundable. We cannot accept items used, worn, soiled
or altered by the customer.
